Established in September 2020, we are a family owned business sharing our love of soft serve ice cream and taiyaki.

Taiyaki is a fished shaped Japanese dessert, typically filled with sweet red bean or custard. 

 

Our taiyaki cones are made to hold soft serve. We've adapted the crunchy outside and chewy inside texture that is unique to taiyaki.
